Yes, I shopped for Caribbean literature today like I shop for shoes - in bulk. Besides, one lone pair is definitely not enough. (ANY SHOE LOVERS OUT THERE?).
Between you and me, I have this ritual of carrying books from the library as if they were an inseparable young family of five or more. I carry them away in this protective bear hug from bookstores, brick and mortar and even online, where I send out multiple invites by debit card.

Here's what I bought:

1. Clap When You Land by  Elizabeth Acevedo (Dominican Republic)
